FINAL STAGE OF THE SMR PROCESS

  1. There is a final detailed clean up of any debris remaining in gutters and on the surrounding properties.
  2. The windows are thoroughly cleaned and the paths, patios and driveways are swept and hosed down.
  3. Six spare tiles are treated and are left at the property for future use.
  4. The customer is requested to inspect the finished job with our tradesmen.
  5. All scaffolding and access equipment is removed.
  6. Our ten-year warranty will be posted on receipt of full payment and signed a customers satisfaction note.
